Do not to travel, unless it is essential.
If your journey is not for essential reasons, then you are able to obtain a free full refund of any PlusBus day ticket bought for use from 23 March 2020. Please contact the Train Operating Company or third party rail ticket retailer from whom you bought both your train ticket(s) and PlusBus ticket(s) to obtain a joint refund.
PlusBus season ticket holders may apply for a refund of the remaining value left on their existing PlusBus season ticket. Ask for the refund of your PlusBus season ticket at the same time that you apply for a refund of your rail season ticket. The two tickets MUST go through the refund process together.
Please do NOT contact PlusBus ticketing about refunds. We are NOT able to offer or process refunds. Only the company that originally issued the ticket is able to manage a refund.
